Julianne Magdalene E. Bendita, DPT
Dr. Julianne Magdalene Bendita, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with over 6 years of clinical experience providing high-quality, patient-centered care in both outpatient orthopedic and one-on-one home health settings. She specializes in helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, spine and joint dysfunction, mobility limitations, and functional impairments to safely return to daily activities with greater confidence and independence.
Dr. Bendita has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions, including cervical and lumbar spine conditions, hip and knee replacements, shoulder dysfunction, generalized weakness, balance deficits, and mobility limitations. She utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches that include therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, pain management strategies, and individualized functional training tailored to each patient’s goals.
Prior to joining NYC Home Rehab, Dr. Bendita worked in fast-paced orthopedic settings where she developed strong expertise in post-operative rehabilitation, functional restoration, and interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. She is known for her compassionate care, strong clinical reasoning, and ability to build meaningful patient relationships that encourage confidence, compliance, and long-term success.
Dr. Bendita earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica University in New York and her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Manila, Philippines.
