Jason M. Zaragoza, PT, DPT
Jason M. Zaragoza is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York with advanced training in sports medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and geriatric rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro University in 2024 and completed his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at St. Paul University Iloilo in the Philippines. Jason is licensed to practice physical therapy in both New York State and the Philippines.
Jason has extensive experience providing in-home physical therapy services, working with patients across musculoskeletal, neurologic, post-operative, and geriatric populations. His clinical background includes treating individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, stroke and neurologic conditions, balance and gait impairments, and age-related functional decline. He emphasizes restoring patients to their prior level of function through individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
His professional experience includes home-based care through multiple New York clinics, inpatient hospital rehabilitation, outpatient musculoskeletal treatment, and pediatric and geriatric community settings. Jason also served as a physical therapist for the Philippine UNIGAMES, where he evaluated and treated athletes and supported pre-competition conditioning and sports injury management.
Jason is known for his patient-centered approach, strong clinical reasoning, and flexibility in coordinating care within patients’ daily routines. He integrates therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training to promote safe mobility, independence, and long-term recovery.
