Carlo Peña, PT, CSCS
Carlo Peña is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and cash-based private practice. He specializes in helping athletes and active adults recover from injury, improve performance, and return safely to sport—with a particular focus on sprinting mechanics, deceleration control, and jump-based power training.
Carlo has treated a wide range of orthopedic and post-operative conditions in both clinic and private settings, and has worked with competitive soccer athletes through the MLS Next Academy at Metropolitan Oval. His background includes experience at Motion Sports Medicine, Fit Club Astoria, US Athletic Training Center, and as owner of a private PT practice. He has also rehabilitated Olympic weightlifters and high-performance athletes, integrating strength training with evidence-based rehab.
Carlo is currently completing his Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (tDPT) at the University of Montana and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Philippines.
